Collens, Stephen
- After graduating from QEHS in 73, I attended Memorial University of Newfoundland until 81. Along the way, I picked up a B.Sc. (honours in chemistry and a major in math) and an M.Sc. (chemistry). I decided to take a break from being a professional student and fell into computing, courtesy of IOC. IOC moved me to Ottawa in 82 and I have lived here ever since. I am currently working for EDS in a senior mainframe computing position.
- I married my university sweetheart, Rhonda, in 81. We have four children: Matthew (18), Jennifer (16), Gillian (14) and Tessa (12). I am currently active in my local minor hockey association and my church parish.

- I'm married and now living in Toronto with my wife, Elizabeth, and my daughter Jessica. We returned to Canada in 1996 from a 10 year assignment in Italy where I worked as an avionics (computer) consultant on the European Fighter Aircraft programme. - After QEHS I studied Civil Engineering at UNB in Fredericton. From there worked at Bell Canada in the real estate dept in Toronto (including a 1 year stint in Saudi Arabia) and completed my MBA at York. Then spent 17 years banking mostly in the US. In the meantime I met my wife, Gail, and we have 3 boys (Matthew, Tyler, Jordan) and a daughter (Caitlyn). We have lived in the Ottawa area over the past 7 years. - After leaving Sept-Iles I took my grade 13 in St. Catharines, Ontario and then went on to get my Radio & Television Arts Diploma from Niagara College. I then headed out west to seek my fame and fortune and ended up at CFRN,the CTV affiliate in Edmonton. I 've been doing field production camera work here for the last 25 years. Go fiqure, 25 years in one job.

- Just for the curious. I have been working for IOC since I graduated from Mount Allison University in 1977(BSc Math & Comp. Science). IOC has provided me with a fascinating and sometimes challenging career in forever changing Information Technology.
