Foaming Agents for Cellular Concrete

The CF series are suitable  for use in  foamed or cellular concrete applications. Depending on the foam generator being used, the CF series produces compact, small bubble foam structures. Refer to table for applicable wet densities. 

Both the CF-500 and CF-525 as well as the CF-900 can be used for cellular grout applications and for cellular concrete fill. 

CF 105 is an economically priced foaming agent that can be used to calibrate compressed air foam generators.

Unifoam CF series are being used in the production of lightweight interlocking concrete blocks and CLC Interior panels as an alternative to steel/wood studs and 2 layers of drywall. 

Unifoam CF 700 is used in a fire-rated lightweight panel system developed by ATI-Composites Canada Inc.. For more info, please visit: http://www.ati-composites.com

FA-100 is a general purpose dust control foaming agent with excellent wetting properties at low application rates.

GF-100 is designed for Greenhouse bubble insulation  technology.

Samples are available for evaluation purposes. All of the above products can be customized according to specific end-use.

All products are available in 20 litres pails, 200 litres drums, and 1000 litres totes.
