  The Scouting Mission Statement:

To contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities through the application of our Principles and Practices.

Candiac is a small community with a population of close to 15 000, located on the South Shore of the island of Montreal, in the province of Quebec, in the country of Canada. First Candiac is a member of the Abenaki Area Scouting Organization, a member of Scouts Canada.
