The Town of Montreal West will celebrate its centennial in 1997. Montreal West is a small residential community of 1.63 square kilometres and 5200 residents located at the western tip of the City of Montreal. The fire department has 2 pumpers and a rescue van and provides first responder service and fire protection to the community.
